Organize multiple repeated cavities within a compact tool while keeping a consistent relationship between the two halves, so the tool opens and closes as one coordinated assembly.

Solution

We developed the overall tooling architecture, arranging the repeated cavity geometry, the hinged connection and the closure features into a single multi-part tool concept.
